Money-back guarantee

If you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you at the checkout, you may be eligible for a money-back under the following conditions:

Requirements:

  1. You contact us via Support center or email within thirty (30) days of initial purchase and before the end of the subscription period;
  2. You provide evidence showing at least seven (7) consecutive days of engagement within the first thirty (30) days. This means following the provided plan or engaging with guidance, insights, and completing daily reflections and actions.

What does NOT qualify for the "Money-back guarantee"

Personal reasons such as dislike of the product, unmet personal expectations, or change of mind are NOT grounds for a refund under the money-back guarantee.

Financial reasons such as unexpected charges, failure to cancel auto-renewal, unawareness of paid services, or duplicate purchases are NOT grounds for a refund under the money-back guarantee.

General refund policy

Generally, the fees charged for purchases are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, unless otherwise stated herein, on the Service, or is required by applicable law.

Note for EU residents

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from agreement for purchase of digital content without charge and without giving any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of such agreement conclusion. The withdrawal right does not apply if the performance of the agreement has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT ONCE OUR SERVERS VALIDATE YOUR PURCHASE AND THE APPLICABLE PURCHASE IS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO YOU.

Note for Brazilian residents

If you are a resident of Brazil, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement for the purchase of digital content and services without charge and without providing any reason within seven (7) days from the date of such agreement conclusion.
